All orders shipped within the United States will be subject to a $20 USD shipping charge. We ship all orders via USPS and include complimentary tracking on all orders. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has shipped along with your tracking number.
International orders up to $150.00 USD will subject to an $18 USD shipping charge. Orders $150.00 USD and up are subject to a $30 USD shipping charge. We ship all international orders via USPS and include complimentary tracking. All international customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees if applied. Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has shipped along with your tracking number.
IN-STORE PICK UP
For our clients who live in the New York Metropolitan area, we offer free in-store pick up for all orders. Please choose in-store pickup at check out and you will receive an alert when you order is ready for pickup. Please bring your order number and confirmation to pick up.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, however, if the item(s) you ordered are determined to be damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt, we will gladly repair or replace your item at no additional charge to you. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order at email@example.com with your name, order #, item and any details pertaining to the damaged product along with a photo of the product. We will review your request and contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your email with the steps to repair or replace your damaged item.
If you ordered the incorrect item, we will gladly exchange your item for a different item of your choice, however you will be responsible for any price difference and the cost of return shipping. To start your exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your order and request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will review your request and contact you within 48 hours of receipt of your email with the steps to begin your exchange. All exchanges must include the RA# on the outside of your package and on your return receipt. Once we receive your item we will email you a credit to the store for the amount you paid for your items. You will have 90 days to use your store credit. PLEASE NOTE: If you attempt to return an item outside of this process, your exchange/repair may be denied.
